Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchini, spiralized
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1/3 cup pine nuts, toasted
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup parmesan, grated
  • 1/2 cup good olive oil
  • Lemon juice and salt to finish

Method
