How to make it

Place chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl.

In a saucepan, gently heat 1 1/2 cups cream and the milk until just steaming. Pour over chocolate; rest 1 minute, then whisk smooth.

Whisk yolks, sugar, and salt; slowly temper in the warm chocolate mixture, then strain into 6 ramekins.

Bake in a water bath at 300°F (150°C) for 30–35 minutes until edges are set but centers still wobble.

Cool to room temperature, then chill 2+ hours.

Whip the 1/2 cup cold cream to soft peaks. Fold in cooled, melted cannabis-infused coconut oil for even, gentle dosing.
