Rosemary & Pine Nut Cannabis Flatbread
Crispy, paper-thin flatbread brushed with infused rosemary oil and showered with pine nuts. The most piney recipe in the catalog.
Ingredients
- 1 lb store-bought pizza dough (or homemade), at room temperature
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp cannabis-infused olive oil (~5mg THC per tbsp)
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup pine nuts, lightly toasted
- 1/2 cup shaved parmesan
- Flaky sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper
- Lemon wedges, to serve
How to make it
- 1
Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) with a baking stone or sheet inside.
- 2
Stretch dough into a thin oval on parchment. Brush with regular olive oil, scatter half the rosemary and all the garlic.
- 3
Slide onto the hot stone; bake 9–11 minutes until blistered and golden.
- 4
Remove from oven. Immediately brush with cannabis-infused olive oil while still warm (not screaming hot) and sprinkle with remaining rosemary.
- 5
Top with toasted pine nuts, parmesan, flaky salt, and pepper.
- 6
Cut into rough wedges and serve with lemon wedges.
Cooking tips
- Brushing infused oil onto warm (not blazing) flatbread preserves THC potency.
- Pair with Jack Herer or Snowcap to magnify the rosemary and pine notes.
- Add fresh figs or prosciutto for an upgraded version.

Why this pairing works
Pinene — in your strain and on your plate
Pinene is the terpene of the forest. It famously sharpens focus and counteracts the foggy edges of THC, making pinene-forward strains a great match for herb-driven, woodland-style cooking.
