Lavender Honey Panna Cotta Drizzle
Silky vanilla panna cotta crowned with a slow-infused lavender honey. A linalool match made in heaven for a tranquil evening.
Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 vanilla bean, split (or 1 tbsp vanilla paste)
- 1 tbsp powdered gelatin
- 3 tbsp cold water
- 1/2 cup raw honey
- 1 tbsp dried culinary lavender buds
- 4 tsp cannabis-infused honey or coconut oil (~5mg THC per tsp)
- Extra lavender buds, for garnish
How to make it
- 1
Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let bloom 5 minutes.
- 2
In a saucepan, gently heat cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla until just steaming (do not boil).
- 3
Whisk in bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved. Strain into 4 ramekins or glasses and chill 4+ hours.
- 4
Meanwhile, warm honey with lavender buds over very low heat for 5 minutes; remove from heat and steep 15 minutes, then strain.
- 5
Once cooled to lukewarm, whisk 4 tsp cannabis-infused honey or coconut oil into the lavender honey for even dosing.
- 6
Drizzle the lavender-cannabis honey generously over each set panna cotta and garnish with a few lavender buds.
Cooking tips
- Adding the infused fat to lukewarm honey (not boiling) keeps the THC intact and the flavors clean.
- Pair with the Lavender or White Widow strain for the deepest linalool synergy.
- Skip a coffee after this dessert—the relaxation is the point.

Why this pairing works
Linalool — in your strain and on your plate
Linalool is the most floral terpene, beloved for its anxiety-lowering, sleep-supporting effects. It pairs beautifully with delicate, sweet, slightly floral foods—an ideal nightcap terpene.
