How to make it
- 1
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang.

Mix flour and powdered sugar, cut in the cannabis butter until crumbly, then press firmly into the pan.
- 3
Bake the crust for 18–20 minutes until lightly golden. Cool 5 minutes on a rack.
- 4
Whisk granulated sugar, flour, eggs, lemon zest, and lemon juice until smooth.
- 5
Pour filling over the warm crust and scatter blueberries evenly across the top.

Bake 18–22 minutes until the center is just set with a slight jiggle. Cool completely, then chill 1 hour.
- 7
Lift out using parchment, dust with powdered sugar, and slice into 9 bars.
Cooking tips
- Each 8x8 pan yields 9 bars at ~5mg THC each—consistent dosing requires evenly creamed cannabis butter.
- Chilling before slicing gives clean edges and a firmer texture.
- Strain test: pair with Wedding Cake for a full dessert-like experience.

Why this pairing works
Limonene — in your strain and on your plate
The brightest terpene on our list, limonene is the citrus engine behind sativa-leaning, mood-elevating strains. It pairs naturally with bright, acidic dishes and works beautifully as a daytime, social terpene.
