
Chili-Spiced Cannabis Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients
- 8 oz 70% dark chocolate, finely chopped
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 4 tbsp cannabis-infused butter (~5mg THC per tbsp)
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp flaky sea salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, for rolling
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon, for rolling
- Pinch cayenne, for rolling
How to make it

Place chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl.

Heat cream until just steaming—do not boil. Pour over chocolate, rest 1 minute, then whisk smooth.

While the ganache is warm but not hot, whisk in cannabis-infused butter, cayenne, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla.
